Jeramy Webb is an associate in the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group. His practice focuses on the representation of debtors, creditors' committees, creditors, and equity holders in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Jeramy also maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently assisted a dance-based charitable organization with incorporating and obtaining tax-exempt status in the jurisdictions in which it serves local communities. He also counsels charitable organizations with general corporate matters, such as amending and supplementing their organizational documents and drafting and adopting internal policies to avoid conflicts of interest.
